ISPRA SALARY ADJUSTMENT 2025

Desideriamo informarvi della pubblicazione del rapporto “Eurostat relativo all’aggiornamento annuale 2025 delle retribuzioni e delle pensioni dei funzionari dell’UE”. (link).

Il rapporto prevede un adeguamento generale annuale della griglia salariale del +3,0% e una variazione del Coefficiente Correttore Varese del +0,1% passando dall’ 86,9% all’87,0%. (link).

Allo stesso tempo, il contributo pensionistico aumenterà dell’1%.

L’aumento netto complessivo sarà quindi di circa il 2% e verrà applicato retroattivamente da luglio 2025; l’importo sarà corrisposto nella busta paga di dicembre 2025.

We would like to notify you that the publication of “Eurostat report on the 2025 annual update of remuneration and pensions of EU officials”. (link).

The report foresees a general annual adjustment of the salary grid of +3,0% and a variation of the Varese Correction Coefficient of +0,1% from 86,9% all’87,0%. (link).

At the same time, the pension contribution will increase by 1%.

The total net rise will be therefore around 2% and will be applied retroactively from July 2025; the amount will be paid on the salary slip of December 2025.
